  • Is your personal training program for all levels?
We specialize in weight loss and corrective exercise. However, our programs can generally be prescribed to any individual's goals. Our typical starting client is out of shape and ready for a lifestyle change but we also frequently train people who have had personal trainers before or have had weight training experience in the past.
  • How are you different from other personal training facilities?
We provide a complete solution with accountability in all aspects of a lifestyle change. Our major focus is have fun while helping you achieve your goals. Our nutrition program is completely customized and we provide the following: integrated food journaling app with daily accountability checks, private facebook groups where our current clients interact/teach/learn what's working for others, contests and challenges to keep everyone motivated, and an overall sense of community.
  • Do you charge initiation or monthly fees?
No. Clients only pay for sessions to be used with a personal trainer. We also encourage clients to use our cardio equipment anytime at absolutely no cost.
  • How long are the personal training sessions?
Each personal training session is 1 hr but we encourage our personal training clients to come in a few minutes before their session to warm up and/or foam roll. Our high intensity metabolic cardio sessions are also 45 minutes. After your session we suggest cooling down or for maximum fat burning you can add in 15-20 min of cardio after your session. So, plan on spending anywhere 60-75 minutes at each session.
  • How often do clients workout with a trainer?
This will depend on your individual goals. We tailor our programs to each client. However, typically our clients train 4-6 times per week with a trainer depending on whether they are participating in 1-on-1 or small group personal training. We definitely encourage working out more often, especially for quicker results!
  • How long until I see results?
We assess our clients every 2 to 4 weeks. This is enough time to show statistically significant results for most people. Our clients who have followed our complete weekly plan and journaled their healthy nutrition plans have consistently seen results, including remarkable improvements in strength and endurance during this period. Like most things in life, the more YOU put into it, the more YOU will get out of it.
  • How does scheduling work?
We start at 6 am in the morning and have 1-on-1 and group training sessions throughout the day. Saturday we are open 8am to 12pm. All of our clients are typically on a set schedule unless they have a busy travel schedule in which case we schedule week by week. However, every session is by appointment only.
  • What happens if I can't make a session?
We have 24hr cancellation policy. If you cannot make it to a scheduled appointment, we ask that you call the day before if you would like to move that session to a later time.
  • How do your workouts compare to other fitness centers?
We center our training around scientifically proven training methods and design each program to the specific abilities and goals of each client. We also incorporate functional training with a variety of different training styles into our workouts, including resistance training, CrossFit, kickboxing, etc. Muscle confusion (doing different exercises often) ensures that you will not plateau and will continue to see incredible results. Plus it keeps the workout fun, energized, and effective.
  • What time are the sessions?
We have sessions all day starting from as early as 6am Mon-Fri and 8am on Saturdays. We suggest calling or scheduling an appointment to see if we have something that will work for you.
