Semi Private Personal Training is a great way to get more out of your training experience. They say there is strength in numbers - a small group of training partners can be an excellent motivator and makes for a fun workout! Our Semi Private training is geared towards results. We focus on building lean muscle, dialing in on specific nutrition needs, and helping our clients feel great inside and out! This is our most popular program type and a great starting point for beginners!
One Week Semi-Private Free Trial Includes:
- Welcome Session- Come in to tour our facility and get comfortable before your start! Meet with an expert and break down your fitness goals so we can develop a personalized plan for your success. The reason we do this is to really understand why a client is looking to join our program. We need to know what you're looking to accomplish so that we can help you achieve your goals.
- 7 day detox plan (Provided at the conclusion of the Welcome Session - provided it makes sense for your fitness goals. It is the cornerstone to most nutrition plans - a great starting point for most people.)
- 2 x 60 minute Semi-Private Sessions* with a personal trainer.
- Select a schedule that works for you: MON/WEDS/FRI 6am OR 9am OR 10am OR 6pm OR TUES/THURS 6 pm OR SAT 9 am
- * For the one week trial - both sessions must be taken in the same week (we'll ask you to confirm your choices based on available spots when we meet with you).
- 1 x 45 minute conditioning class on Saturday at 10:15 am
