Oakville Sports Training

Sports Training is a specialization at our facility. Our athletes receive cutting edge training, taught by professional Coaches, with a strong emphasis placed on properly structured athletic development, injury prevention and strength and conditioning. Our Coaches are former competitive athletes' who have been hand-picked to ensure optimal development of our athletes. There is no other facility in Southern Ontario that will match the ability and attentiveness of the Conker Fitness Sports Coaching Staff.


We develop our athletes through a unique program structured around:

  • Athletic preparation
  • Strength Training
  • Anaerobic/Aerobic Conditioning
  • Injury Prevention
  • Flexibility, and In-Season Maintenance of the athletes

There is no age that is too young to engage in a well-structured training program. "If you are old enough to play, you are old enough to prepare." Our programming varies widely, depending on the age, and ability of the athletes, and we guarantee a comfortable, safe training environment.

Our primary concern is the safety and enjoyment of our athletes/members. Our athletes train hard, develop athletically and personally, and most of all have fun.
