Semi-Private Group Training

Semi Private Group Training is a great way to get more out of your personal training experience. They say there is strength in numbers- a small group of training partners can be an excellent motivator and also makes for a fun workout!

Our Semi Private group training is geared towards results. Our members train 2-4 times per week which includes strength sessions and 1 complementary conditioning class each week. These options are customized for what works best with your daily schedule. We focus on building lean muscle, dialing in on specific nutrition needs, and helping our clients feel great inside and out! We offer 1 on 1 nutrition counselling to take you to the next level, as well as daily accountability to keep you on track!

Large Group Training

Our large group training is strength & conditioning all rolled into one session that is constantly varied, high intensity, and focuses on every day functional movements. These sessions are designed to improve fitness and performance for beginners right through to elite fitness enthusiasts. The compound, functional movements that are programmed in theses sessions yield the best results for strength, positive hormone release and overall body composition.
