Semi-Private Training

Semi Private Personal Training is a great way to get more out of your personal training experience. They say there is strength in numbers- a small group of training partners can be an excellent motivator and also makes for a fun workout!

Our Semi Private training is geared towards results. We focus on building lean muscle, dialing in on specific nutrition needs, and helping our clients feel great inside and out! We offer 1 on 1 nutrition conselling with our Holistic Nutritionist to take you to the next level, as well as a closed Facebook group for daily accountability to make sure you are hitting your goals.

Our Semi Private training packages can also include access to our unlimited boot camp classes, as well as providing you a full open gym membership to use the facility as you please. Our Semi private groups meet 2-3 times per week for an intense 1 hour workout.
