With over 17 years experience in the fitness industry working with people who want to learn how to make a permanent lifestyle change. We’ve been top level athletes with fast metabolisms, to parents struggling with 100 pounds of post pregnancy weight. We get the struggle of balancing kid’s crazy sport schedules, late nights in the office, and still trying to workout and eat healthy. We’ve spent years fine tuning a plan that fits into every family’s wheelhouse no matter how much you have going on. It doesn’t matter if you have 100 pounds to lose or the last 10 pounds, we are confident we can help you feel great while achieving the results you’re looking for!

Is Personal Training Right For You?


  • You do not need to have any experience in the gym. Our personal training is designed for all abilities and we love beginners!
  • Fully commit to the process. There are going to be hard workouts, and hurdles with nutrition. We are here to support you every step of the way- we just ask that you trust the process!
  • Be disciplined enough to apply our nutrition plan. The program does not work without your consistency and effort. You WILL see results as long as you follow the plan.

Like you, I started my search for a personal trainer looking up Google reviews. I don’t recall how many other gyms I looked at because once I found Conker the other sites/reviews didn’t compare. Thanks to the quick response to my email, I met with Jeff on a Tuesday and made an appointment for the next day to start my journey of becoming the healthiest and strongest version of myself.
For those of you out there who have had gyms pressure you to won’t get that treatment at Conker. Instead you have very knowledgable people who treat you like family the second you walk through the door. It also impressed me that all the trainers have been with Jeff and Alicia for a long time. I didn’t want to have a trainer to only have a new one every few weeks as I recall reading other gyms have high turnovers with their trainers.
And let me tell you about their trainers. They are all awesome! They are by your side encouraging and challenging you as you improve with every session. I’m going into my third month with my trainer and in that short time working with her my strength and endurance have greatly improved. That’s because she’s structured my workouts based on our first conversation of what my (realistic) goals are. I’m so excited to see where she will take me as our sessions continue. I leave exhausted yet I still have all this energy after my workouts. And I never thought working out could be fun...but it is!!!
Also thanks to the support Conker provides I’ve been able to learn and maintain healthy eating habits. They care about what foods you’re putting into your body and provide you with resources to keep on track.

Here are answers to some frequently asked questions:

  1. How long are the sessions? Each training session will be 1 hour in length.
  2. How many times will I train each week? You can work with a trainer 2-4 times per week. It will be based off your schedule, and your fitness goals.
  3. How much does it cost? Personal Training programs start at $75/hour.
  4. Do I have to come to the same days and times each week? The nice thing with personal training is it is based around your personal schedule. You can coordinate days and times with your trainer that are suitable for you.
  5. Will I get nutrition guidance? Yes! We can definitely sit down with you and further discuss your nutrition needs to help you reach your goals.
  6. I don’t want to bulk up from weight training. Will this happen to me? No. We get asked this question daily from females in particular, and the answer is - no you will not bulk up. If you are looking for a lean and toned body, weight training is exactly what you are looking for!
  7. I have never participated in anything like this before, what can I expect? No problem! We are here for you every step of the way! It can be scary starting something new, but we have helped hundreds of people transform their lives and we are looking forward to the opportunity to help you too!
  8. I have food allergies. Can you work around them with your meal plan? Of course! We understand that many people have food allergies, intolerances or dislikes. Please just let us know before hand and we can provide you with alternative choices.
