Personal Training

At Conker Fitness, our expert staff are at the top of the industry class. We provide our clients with the physical and psychological coaching and motivation they require to succeed, not only in the gym, but in all aspects of their life. We are not just a “gym” with “personal trainers”, we are a Personal Development Facility with a team of attentive, experienced Coaches who are supremely invested in the success of our clients.

The first step is to book a complementary consult with our Head Trainer and Owner Jeff Morey. During this 30 minute consult, we will go over all your health, nutrition and fitness goals with you to determine the best plan of action to get you the results you are looking for. This plan will include sessions with an assigned personal trainer, our nutrition accountability group, daily checkin's to make sure you are on track, and bi weekly measurements. 

Prices and program duration are determined based off the plan of action which is unique to each individual.
