Semi Private Personal Training is a great way to get more out of your training experience. They say there is strength in numbers - a small group of training partners can be an excellent motivator and makes for a fun workout! Our Semi Private training is geared towards results. We focus on building lean muscle, dialing in on specific nutrition needs, and helping our clients feel great inside and out! This is our most popular program type and a great starting point for beginners!
Two Week Semi-Private Free Trial Includes:
Welcome Session- Come in to tour our facility and get comfortable before your start! Meet with an expert and break down your fitness goals so we can develop a personalized plan for your success. The reason we do this is to really understand why a client is looking to join our program. We need to know what you're looking to accomplish so that we can help you achieve your goals.
7 day detox meal plan (Provided at the conclusion of the Welcome Session - provided it makes sense for your fitness goals. It is the cornerstone to most nutrition plans - a great starting point for most people.)
InBody Analysis Scan. Get detailed insight to your body composition so you know exactly what you need to work on.
2 x 60 minute Semi-Private Sessions* with a personal trainer each week
