Hockey Dry Land Training Camp

OHL/NCAA scouts can easily tell the difference between the kids that do dry land training vs the kids that don’t. Only 24 spots available in this camp, so parents register your details below and we will contact you regarding your athlete.
Our summer Program flow:
May: Movement mobility and recovery (Post Season)
June: Increase Muscle Mass
July: Increase Muscle Strength
August: Speed and Power Development (Pre-Season)
