Here is a healthy and EASY halibut recipe from our 28 day program we wanted to share with everyone!

Preheat oven to 350

-blend up about 1/4 cup of almonds
-1 egg white in a dish (whisked), soak halibut both sides
-dump almonds onto a plate coat 1 side of the halibut. Press the fish down into the almonds to get a good coating
-heat olive oil in a pan
-place halibut in pan coated side down for 2.5mins
-flip and sear for another 2.5mins
-put pan in oven and finish cooking.

As soon as the fish is flaky it is done!

Curry sauce: 
Heat up either coconut milk or almond milk with some yellow curry paste in a pan. Whisk until the sauce is creamy and hot.

Plate and serve. Enjoy!
