About Conker Fitness

With over 17 years experience in the fitness industry working with people who want to learn how to make a permanent lifestyle change. We’ve been top level athletes with fast metabolisms, to parents struggling with 100 pounds of post pregnancy weight. We get the struggle of balancing kid’s crazy sport schedules, late nights in the office, and still trying to workout and eat healthy. We’ve spent years fine tuning a plan that fits into every family’s wheelhouse no matter how much you have going on. It doesn’t matter if you have 100 pounds to lose or the last 10 pounds, we are confident we can help you feel great while achieving the results you’re looking for!

Is This 28 Day Challenge Right For You?

WHO IS THIS FOR:

  • You do not need to have any experience in the gym. Our program is designed for all abilities and we love beginners!
  • Fully commit to the entire length of the program. There will be difficult workouts and challenges. We want participants who will see it through to the end.
  • Be disciplined enough to apply our nutrition plan. The program does not work without your consistency and effort. You WILL see results as long as you follow the plan.
  • Understand that all transformations are welcome. This challenge won’t be solely about losing weight, and everyone may come with a different goal in mind. That’s what makes the class unique!
  • Have respect for the coaches and the rules of the gym.

WHO IS THIS NOT FOR:

  • People looking for a quick fix.
  • People who are not willing to make changes in their nutrition plans/routines.
  • People who are not ready to commit to the entire 28 day program.

Everyone who participates in our 28 day challenge becomes part of our fitness family. We have a support system unlike any other facility which offers daily check ins and encouragement along the way to help you stay tracking towards your goals. I am 48 years old and I needed a change! I have not been in love with any gym since I moved to Oakville. I dabbled in running, yoga, tabata and my usual gym routine. My son, who has his personal training certification, couldn’t even motivate me. The amazing opportunity with Conker Fitness appeared on Facebook, and my son wrote in for me. I lost 6 lbs but more importantly, I dropped 1 dress size down! I still have not drank pop since March 5th that is pretty amazing, since that was my only weakness. FAQ

Here are answers to some frequently asked questions:

  1. How long are the sessions? Each training session will be 1 hour in length.
  2. How many people will be in each group? On average there are 4-6 people per group.
  3. Do I have to come to the same days and times each week? Yes, we ask everyone to pick set days and times they can commit to each week so we can control group numbers. If accommodations need to be made, please email us and we will do our very best to arrange an alternate time.
  4. Is the meal plan going to consist of boring chicken and broccoli every day? No. We don’t encourage people to follow bodybuilding diets unless you are training for a show. Our meal plans have endless meal combination options to prevent boredom and repeat meals.
  5. I don’t want to bulk up from weight training. Will this happen to me during the 28 day program? No. We get asked this question daily from females in particular, and the answer is - no you will not bulk up. If you are looking for a lean and toned body, weight training is exactly what you are looking for!
  6. I have never bought protein powder before. How do I know which one to buy? For your convenience we do carry the supplements required for the program. Please let us know if you wish to purchase from us and we will take care of you!
  7. I have never participated in anything like this before, what can I expect? No problem! We are here for you every step of the way! It can be scary starting something new, but we have helped hundreds of people transform their lives and we are looking forward to the opportunity to help you too!
  8. I have food allergies. Can you work around them with your meal plan? Of course! We understand that many people have food allergies, intolerances or dislikes. Please just let us know before hand and we can provide you with alternative choices.
